At Chris & Pam’s Smoke and Salt Company, we bring you the finest cold-smoked cheeses and seafood. Pam crafts our mild Gouda and cream cheese, cold-smoked for six hours with sweet applewood, creating a perfect balance of creamy richness and delicate smoke. 

Chris, a local fisherman, catches the mackerel right off our wharf, and we source the salmon from local grocers. Both are smoked to perfection, delivering rich, savoury flavours you won’t forget. Join us on this flavourful journey, rooted in the sea and the smoke.
